There are two ways you can generate pass reports. You can download a report on your passes, including how many a booker has purchased, when their pass expires, and how many uses they have remaining.

Download the purchased passes report
Select Packages & Discounts from the left-hand menu; then Passes, then select Download purchased passes report:
Once selected, you will see the option to Exclude fully used passes. To exclude the fully used passes, select the tickbox before selecting Download:
This will ensure only currently active passes with remaining uses are included in the report.
Export customers (CSV)
Alternatively, you can export your bookers as a CSV from the Customers tab, then Customer list. From here, you can download a report on how many passes a booker has purchased, when their pass expires, and how many uses they have remaining.
Select the Options dropdown, then select Export customers (CSV):
This export will then provide three columns:
U = Passes bought
V = Pass uses remaining and
W = Pass expires at
