By default, all your published future events appear in your schedule and tickets are available to book right up until, and during the event. However, you may want to add restrictions.

This help article explains:

Restrict when your tickets are available for booking

You can restrict when a ticket becomes available for booking, and when it closes, all relative to the event day. This is useful for things like early bird tickets, and ensuring you have a sensible cut off time before the event takes place.

  1. Go to your 'Schedule' page
  2. Click on the Entry you want to add ticket restrictions to (it will be highlighted in yellow)
  3. Click Edit entry
  4. Now click Tickets & Costs
  5. If you have multiple tickets, you'll need to select a ticket
  6. Now click 'Restrict when this ticket will be available?' (screenshot below)

In the example below I've set the ticket to be available 45 days before the event, and for it to close at 9:00am on the day of the event.

Set when your events are revealed on your schedule

You can set an entry to recur events far into the future, but you might only want to reveal them a limited amount of time in advance. To do this:

  1. Go to your 'Schedule' page
  2. Click on the Entry you want to add ticket restrictions to (it will be highlighted in yellow)
  3. Click Edit entry
  4. Now click Dates & Times
  5. Scroll down and tick the box for 'Hide events in future?'

In the screenshot below I've set my entry to reveal events 3 months in the future.
