In very rare cases a booking may be completed that requires your attention. This can be due to a payment gateway or system error.
These bookings will be flagged so that you can view and manage them easily from the rest of your bookings.
Please note this section will only show if you have flagged bookings on your account. They are accessible on your Dashboard here:
The reason for the flag will always be stated in the 'Information' column:
Selecting Mark as resolved will remove this flag and will remove the booking from the Flagged Bookings section. All resolved flagged bookings can then be viewed if needed by selecting Show resolved flagged bookings above.
Affected bookings will also be clearly flagged in the booking overview, for example:
