Currently Bookwhen does not automatically refund a customer if you cancel or downgrade a booking. Therefore you must refund the customer from your payment gateway.
Luckily, Bookwhen makes finding the transaction easy!
- Click on the booking code in question (e.g. XMJ4E)
- Now look towards the right hand side of the booking summary and you'll see a link for 'View payment'.
- You'll be taken straight to the original transaction in your payment gateway, from where you can action a refund.
