Logging in to your account

Once you have created a password, you can log in to your account to view your bookings by selecting Login in the top right-hand corner of your event organiser's page:

πŸ’‘ Sometimes, this option is hidden due to an event organiser's settings. If so, please follow the below steps:

Alternatively, you can log in from the main Bookwhen site. If you log in from the main page, please ensure you select the Booker Account option:

Once logged in, you can view your account and bookings by selecting one of the relevant tabs: Upcoming, Waiting list, Cancelled and Past:

  • Upcoming refers to any upcoming events that you've booked

  • Waiting list refers to any active waiting lists that you have joined

  • Cancelled refers to any events that you or your event organiser has cancelled

  • Past refers to any past booked events.

Forgotten password?

You can request a reset code if you can't recall your password. Enter your email address and select Send reset code:

Then follow the instructions emailed to your booker email address to gain access.

If you receive a 'token expired' message, please select the link again. You can learn more about managing your password here.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account by selecting your profile, then Account:

From here, scroll to the bottom, where you can activate the deletion:

If you want any specific data relating to an event deleted, please contact your event organiser directly.

πŸ’‘ Please note: Deleting your account deletes your personal information and account associated with the email address across all profiles you may have made across all Bookwhen accounts. This means the deletion can only be actioned when you don't have any upcoming bookings or active memberships.
