If you have created an account, you can log in to access your upcoming and past bookings.

From here, select Events and then either Upcoming (to view your upcoming bookings), or Past (to view your past bookings):

πŸ“ To note

  • Bookwhen will never ask you to log in and provide a password before selecting tickets or View selections.

  • If this happens, you have probably navigated to the Bookwhen software page (for Event Organisers) and should return to your original booking link.

  • The symbol 🚫 indicates that an event is fully booked. If your Event Organiser has set up a Waiting List, you can sign up for that to be notified if space becomes available
