If the "This account is temporarily restricted due to spam detection" banner appears on your account, our anti-spam system has temporarily restricted it while we carry out a review.

During this period:

  • Customers can continue to make bookings

  • Email notifications to customers are paused

The Bookwhen team reviews your account against our Terms of Use and restores email sending when the review is complete. After approval, the system resends any missed emails to your customers.

If you believe this restriction is incorrect, please contact our Support Team, and we will review your account as soon as possible.
