Changing your Zoom meeting settings

Learn how to adjust default settings for Zoom meetings created by Bookwhen’s integration

Please note: The Zoom integration is available on the Lite plan or above.

You can update the default settings for all Zoom meetings created through Bookwhen’s Zoom integration. Once saved, your changes automatically apply to current and future meetings. These preferences can also be set when you first integrate Zoom with your account.

This article explains how to change your default Zoom meeting settings so they automatically apply to all meetings created through Bookwhen.


To review and adjust your settings at any point:

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand menu, then Integrations

  2. Under Zoom, select View integration:

  3. You can adjust your Zoom settings by ticking/unticking the relevant checkboxes:

  4. Select Save settings when you have finished editing your settings.
