If your account includes more than one schedule page, some settings can be tailored per page, while others apply across your whole account.

This article covers:

Can I customise settings for each schedule page?

Yes, some settings are unique to each page, while others are account-wide.

✅ Settings you can customise per schedule page

  • Events and entries: Show different events on different pages.

  • Schedule page name and link: Each page has its own public link and embed code.

  • Page branding: Banner image, general information, etc.

  • Entry password: Restrict access to private events.

  • Team member access levels.

❌ Settings that apply to your entire account

These settings are shared across all schedule pages:

  • Payment gateway: For example, Stripe or PayPal.

  • Contact details and consent fields.

  • Connected apps and integrations.

  • Booking preferences:

    • Cancellation and transfer rules

    • Waiting list settings

    • Checkout reservation period

    • Reminder email settings

    • Data retention settings

Can I create a new account with the same email address?

No, each account must have a unique email address to be created. You can create a new account using a different email address, and once both accounts exist, you can be invited as a team member and use the account switcher to move between them.

Left-hand dashboard menu with an arrow pointing at the 'Account' section at the top, where users can click if they are team members for multiple accounts to easily switch between them

Can I use different payment gateways for different schedule pages?

No, payment gateways connect to your account, not individual schedule pages.
If you need separate payment setups, you’ll need to create a new Bookwhen account.
