How to change which email notifications you and other team members receive

Changing your settings

  1. Select Account from the left-hand menu, then Team

  2. To change your notification preferences, select the pencil and paper ๐Ÿ“ icon next to the team member's name:

  3. Scroll down to the Email preferences section, and tick which ones you'd like to receive:

Email preferences

There are three types of emails you can opt-in to receive:

  • New booking completions: For all new bookings.

  • Booking changes or cancellations: For any transferred or cancelled bookings.

  • Account subscription notifications: For billing notifications, including:

    • Subscription invoice email

    • Subscription failure email

    • Trial almost ending email

    • Trial has ended email

    • Plan has ended, and now on the free plan email

    • Plan has failed, and now on the free plan email

    • Account deletion email


Changing another team member's settingsย 

You can only change the settings of other team members if you're an Account owner.

  1. Visit your Team page

  2. Select the pencil and paper ๐Ÿ“ icon next to the team member's name:

  3. Scroll down to the Email preferences section, then select which emails you'd like the user to receive:

Select Save when you have finished.

You can turn all notifications off by deselecting all of the boxes.
