Bookwhen Ltd is responsible for your data and is the data controller of the data collected from you.

It is our responsibility to control how your information is collected and the purpose for which your data is used. We also act as the data processor for the data you collect from your customers when using Bookwhen.

You and your customers have the right to request to remove your data from the system at any time. There may be occasions where this isn't possible, such as if your customer has an active booking or your account is still active.

To request the deletion, please get in touch with us via live chat or email stating that you wish for the removal of your personal data from the system.

Once requested, we will process the deletion, which comes into effect immediately and is non-reversible.
