If you wish to delete your Bookwhen account, select Account from the left-hand menu, then Account details. From here, select Delete your account at the bottom of the page:

Account deletion takes roughly 3 days. If you change your mind during this period, the support team can reverse your deletion request.

Alternatively, you can pause your account or switch to our free plan on the account plan page instead.

Moving to the free plan results in the cancellation of your paid subscription, but your account remains active.
