You can take a public booking page and its schedule offline when events are no longer running or if you need time to make updates to the schedule or design. This article explains how to unpublish your Public page so it is no longer accessible to the public, and how to republish it when ready.

To do this:

  1. Select Settings from your account's left-hand menu, then the Schedule pages section.

  2. Once opened, find the schedule page you'd like to unpublish and select the Published toggle:

Schedule page settings with arrow pointing at the 'Published' toggle, showing users where to click to publish/unpublish their public schedule page.

    Published

If the toggle shows as the green Published position (the circle should appear to the right of the toggle), then your Public page is online and can be accessed by anyone who has the URL (or finds your page in search results):

    Unpublished

If the toggle is red (the circle should appear to the left of the toggle), then your page is offline (unpublished). This means the public can no longer access it and only team members on your account can view it:
