How to take your Public Page offline

Learn how to unpublish or publish your public booking page

You can take an entire public booking page and its accompanying schedule offline if the events are no longer running or if you want to give yourself time to make significant updates to the schedule or design.

Taking your Public page offline means the public can no longer access it. To do this, select Settings from your account's left-hand menu, then the Schedule pages section.

Once opened, find the schedule page you'd like to unpublish and select the Published toggle:

If the toggle shows as the green Published position (the circle should appear to the right of the toggle), then your Public page is online and can be accessed by anyone who has the URL (or finds your page in search results):

If the toggle is red (the circle should appear to the left of the toggle), then your page is offline (unpublished) and can only be viewed by team members on your account:
