You have the option to "pause" your account, preserving your data for reporting purposes or in case you decide to rejoin in the future.

This article covers:

Pausing account

To do this, select Account from the left-hand menu, then Plans & Billing. From here, scroll down to Switch to free plan:

Moving to the free plan results in the cancellation of your paid subscription, but your account remains active.

While you can still access your account, certain features will be unavailable, such as:

  • Payments & Discounts (you cannot take payment or list a price on your tickets)

  • Booking transfers

  • Passes

  • Waiting lists

  • Event reminders

  • File attachments

  • Zoom, Vimeo and YouTube integrations

๐Ÿ’ก Important notes

  • If you decide to pause your account, make sure you either unpublish your entries or take your entire schedule page offline to avoid any bookings being made for 'free'.

  • Existing bookings are not affected when a plan is paused

  • The free plan is for free events, limited to 50 bookings per month, with 1 team member and 1 schedule page. Downgrading won't affect existing pages or team members, but you can't add new ones if you edit or remove existing ones.

  • Pass holders can keep their valid passes, but note that sessions on the Free Plan are booked for free, potentially making the pass unnecessary.

Re-joining

If you'd like to start your paid plan again, select Account from the left-hand menu, then Plans & Billing. From here, select Upgrade under the plan you'd like to join.
