Deleting your account permanently removes your Bookwhen data, including events, bookings, and customer information. This action cannot be undone.

This article explains how to delete your Bookwhen account and what happens to your data.
Deleting your account
To delete your Bookwhen account:
Select Account, then Account details from the left-hand menu on your account.
Select Delete your account at the bottom of the page:
Select OK to continue to the account deletion page.
Type DELETE ACCOUNT [account name] in the Confirm deletion field, for example, "DELETE ACCOUNT growing plants".
Add a reason for deleting and any additional details (optional).
Select Delete account to confirm the deletion:
π‘ Account deletion takes roughly 3 days. If you change your mind during this period, the support team may be able to reverse your deletion request.
Free plan
Alternatively, you can pause your account or switch to our Free plan.
Switching to the Free plan cancels your paid subscription, but your account stays active. However, some features will no longer be available, including:
Payments & Discounts β You won't be able to take payments or list ticket prices.
Transfers
Passes
Waiting lists
Event reminders
File attachments
Zoom, Vimeo, and YouTube integrations
π‘ If you choose to pause your account, please ensure you either unpublish your entries or take your entire public page offline to prevent any bookings from being made for free.
