While Bookwhen doesn’t currently allow pausing memberships directly, you can temporarily stop payment collection within Stripe. This helps manage membership interruptions without cancelling the account entirely.
💡 Pausing payments in Stripe only stops Stripe from collecting payments and won't stop the subscription or block access to membership benefits in Bookwhen.
To fully pause a membership in Bookwhen, you need to first cancel the customer's subscription, then ask the customer to rejoin when they're ready.
