To open the customer portal:
Either log in from your event organiser's booking page or select the View membership subscription button in your membership confirmation email.
Select the membership section of your account to review your membership(s).
If you’d like to pause your membership instead of cancelling it, contact the event organiser directly to ask about their pause options and duration. Their membership terms and conditions will determine whether pausing is available.
