Emails you receive

When you joined a membership, you should have received two emails.

One confirmation email for your booked ticket:

And one confirming your membership subscription, with your invoice attached:

πŸ’‘ Please note: To view/cancel your membership or update your card details, you will need to log in to your account by selecting View membership subscription from the email or log in directly and make the amendments within your profile.

Cancelling a membership via the customer portal

You can also manage your memberships by logging into your account and selecting the Memberships tab.

From here, you can view your Active and Inactive memberships:

Select the three dots next to the membership you'd like to cancel.

From here, select Cancel membership:

A window will pop open, select the red Cancel membership button to cancel your membership (or Keep membership to keep your membership active):
