If your event organiser offers memberships and you have purchased one, you can use the Memberships tab within the customer portal to manage your subscriptions.

How to open your memberships
To open the membership tab:
Log in to your account.
Select Memberships from the top right-hand corner.
You can toggle between your Active and Inactive memberships:
Active
The active tab shows all of your active membership subscriptions.
The three-dot (...) menu next to your membership has three options:
View invoices
The View invoices option allows you to view your invoices, the date of issue and the total cost:
Update card details
The Update card details option allows you to update the card details associated with your subscription.
Cancel membership
This option allows you to cancel your membership. Select the Cancel membership button to cancel your membership or Keep membership to go back:
Cancellation is also required when intending to switch to a different membership. You can then book again to purchase the new membership.
π‘ Please note: Cancelling a membership will automatically cancel any exclusive tickets booked for events after the paid period ends. This happens at the end of the current billing cycle, not on the cancellation date. You may need to rebook these tickets under your new membership.
Inactive
The inactive tab shows all of your cancelled or expired subscriptions.
Select the three-dot (...) menu next to each membership to view all of your previous invoices:
A list of all of your invoices will appear, alongside the date of issue and total cost for each one:
