You can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional charges, as you pay upfront.

How to cancel your subscription
Ensure you are on the account page you wish to cancel
Navigate to your Account Plan page.
Select the 'Free plan' button (screenshot below).
Select your reason for cancelling and confirm.
What happens when you cancel your subscription:
You'll remain on your Plan until the end of your current paid period. You can check the corresponding date.
You'll keep all your paid-for features until this date.
We won't take any future payments.
Once your paid period has passed, your account gets downgraded to our Free Plan.
You can log back in at any time and sign up for a subscription again. Your account will sit dormant in the meantime, with all booking data and settings retained.
💡 To note: As you cannot list prices or take payments on the free plan, all of your tickets will display as 'free'. Please ensure you have removed your tickets and/or unpublished your schedule if you don't want bookings to be made on your account.
