You can cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any additional charges, as the payment is made upfront.

To cancel your subscription:
Ensure you are on the account page you wish to cancel.
Select Account, then Plans & Billing from the left-hand menu on your account.
Select the Switch to free plan button:
Select your reason for cancelling, add any additional details and select Switch to free plan to confirm:
What happens when you cancel your subscription
You'll remain on your Plan until the end of your current paid period. You can check the corresponding date.
You'll keep all your paid-for features until this date.
No future payments will be taken.
Once your paid period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
You can log back in at any time and sign up for a subscription again. Your account will stay dormant in the meantime, with all booking data and settings retained. Unless you have data retention settings enabled or bookers delete their accounts, booking and booker details will remain accessible.
Your schedule won't be affected. However, as the default schedule view only displays upcoming events, you may need to locate past events at a later stage.
π‘ To note: As you cannot list prices or take payments on the free plan, all your tickets will display as 'free'. Please ensure you remove your tickets and/or unpublish your schedule if you don't want bookings to be made on your account.
