Evergreen browsers like Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge automatically update to their latest versions. These updates bring the latest features, security enhancements, and performance improvements to your browser.

We support the latest versions of Evergreen browsers by designing, developing, and providing support for the latest versions of these browsers.

Previous versions of Evergreen browsers

We offer some support for previous versions of Evergreen browsers. While the latest Evergreen browsers cover a significant portion of our customer base, we try to cater to those who prefer or are limited to using older versions of these browsers.

To achieve this, we extend our compatibility efforts to the latest 3 versions of the Evergreen browsers (Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge), though we cannot guarantee an optimal Bookwhen experience when using these browsers.

Does Bookwhen support Internet Explorer?

No – we no longer support Internet Explorer. We recommend downloading the latest version of an Evergreen browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

What issues might I experience when using an unsupported browser?

If you use Bookwhen with an unsupported browser, you might find that:

  • Pages are blank

  • Pages don’t load

  • Nothing happens when you click on a link or button
