As your data processor, we offer:

Consent Fields: Special consent fields to add to your booking forms, allowing customers to opt-in to marketing messages and agree to your privacy policy.
Customer data rights
Your customers can exercise the following data rights:
Amend Data: Modify any of their data.
Request Data Report: Receive a report of all the data held in your Bookwhen account.
Delete Data: Request the deletion of personal data.
Object to Processing: Object to the processing of their data.
These functions will soon be available in the new Customer List, but in the meantime, we will perform any of these requests on your behalf.
Data security and protection
We follow the highest standards in data security, including:
Cloud Database: Hosted by Google Cloud Platform in London.
Strict Access Controls: Limited access to personal data, usually in anonymised or pseudonymised form.
Data Retention: Automatic deletion of customer data after a set period.
