If your passes aren’t appearing on your booking page or schedule, a few settings may need adjusting. Availability depends on your ticket setup, pass configuration, and the entries the pass is assigned to.

This article explains the most common reasons passes don’t appear and how to fix each issue.

Common reasons

Passes with no restrictions, not showing

If your active pass is unrestricted but not showing on your booking page:

  • Make sure the ticket types linked to the pass have a cost higher than zero. Passes replace the ticket cost. A ticket type with a zero cost cannot work with a pass.

  • Check that at least one pass is Enabled and Published.

Published passes not showing as available

A published pass only appears on your booking page when it links to at least one upcoming event.

  • Open the pass settings.

  • Add upcoming classes or sessions so the pass applies to them.

Passes showing on schedule pages you did not intend

A pass may show on a schedule page because entries on that page meet the pass criteria.

  • Check entries on that schedule page for tags that qualify the pass.

  • Use filters and the date selector to include past events.

  • Remove any tags that should not apply. Take care if those tags support reporting or other processes.

Troubleshooting checklist

  • Confirm that the ticket types linked to the pass have a cost higher than zero.

  • Ensure the pass is Published and Enabled.

  • Link the pass to upcoming events in its settings.

  • Review entries on the schedule page, including past events, for tags that match the pass rules.

  • Test by opening your public booking page after making the updates.
