We offer a range of support options at different times, including during and outside working hours. Understanding these options ensures you get timely help whenever you need it.

This article explains the support channels available at Bookwhen, and our hours of operation.


Live support hours

Live support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 UK time:

  • Email: The team aims to respond by the end of the working day

  • Live chat: Messages are usually answered within about an hour


Support outside live hours

When live support is unavailable, you can access:

  • AI-powered virtual assistant: Get quick solutions to common questions from Buddy, our AI assistant.

  • Community forums or social platforms: Connect with other users in our Facebook community.

  • Help Articles: Browse the library for step-by-step guidance on common questions and tasks.

These resources provide self-service support whenever users need it, even outside business hours.
