We love hearing from our community. Sharing your feature requests helps us understand what matters most to admins and bookers and guides improvements to Bookwhen.
This article explains how to submit a feature request and make your ideas known to the team.
How to submit a feature request
Head to our Contact us page or open the live chat in your Bookwhen account.
Clearly describe your idea, starting with "I'd like to log a feature request in the message content." and include:
The problem you want to solve
How it would help you or your customers
Any examples or scenarios that illustrate your request
Our support team will review it and pass it to the product team.
How we handle feature requests
All requests are logged and reviewed by our product team.
Requests are prioritised based on:
Overall impact for admins and customers
Feasibility and technical complexity
Alignment with Bookwhen’s roadmap and goals
What happens next
You may receive a confirmation that your request was received.
We don’t always respond individually, but every request is considered.
If a feature is planned or in development, we may announce updates in the Bookwhen blog, under Product Updates on your account dashboard, in our Latest product updates article or via email.
Tips for useful requests
Clearly outline the problem, and include your preferred solution. This helps our team explore multiple ways to address it.
Provide context: screenshots, workflows, or comparisons to other tools help a lot.
Keep requests specific. Broad requests like “Make Bookwhen better” are hard to action.
Be explicit in your request, so our AI assistant doesn't miss it. For example: "I'd like to log a feature request" in the message content.
💡 Remember: Submitting a feature request doesn’t guarantee implementation, but it ensures your voice is heard and considered in ongoing improvements.
