You and your customers can request data removal at any time. However, we may not be able to remove data in certain circumstances, such as when a customer has an active booking or your Bookwhen account is still active.

To request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us via live chat or email, clearly stating that you wish for your data to be removed from the system.

Once the request is made, we will process the deletion, and it will take effect immediately. Please note that this action is non-reversible.
