Revoking a voucher prevents it from being used for future bookings. This helps you maintain control over your promotions and ensure only valid vouchers remain active.
This article explains how to revoke a voucher in Bookwhen.
Deleting or Archiving Vouchers
Once a voucher has been issued in Bookwhen, it cannot be deleted. However, you can archive a voucher to prevent it from being actively used while retaining its record in the system.
Archiving is particularly useful for keeping your voucher list organised without permanently removing any data. If a voucher still shows a balance, it will remain in the system even after being archived.
