Resolving payment failures during checkout
If a payment fails during checkout:
Check the booking reference and confirm the payment was not completed (e.g., "E42GJ").
If available, take payment manually or send a payment invoice through your payment provider
If manual payment is not an option, ask the customer to make a new booking before the checkout reservation period expires
Unpaid bookings
If a customer has booked without completing payment:
Check whether the booking was created while your account was on the Free plan, which issues free tickets
Cancel the unpaid booking
Ask the customer to make a new booking now that payments are enabled
