✨ Please note: Passes are available on the Standard plan or above, and the pass reporting feature is currently available to Account owners.

Pass reporting helps you track and manage the usage and status of memberships or passes. Monitoring customer engagement provides insights to support decisions about pricing, membership strategy, and member benefits.

This article explains how to generate pass reports from the Passes tab or by exporting a customer report.

Download the purchased passes report

To download the purchased pass report:

  1. Select Packages & Discounts, then Passes from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the Options drop-down menu, then Download purchased passes report:

Passes screen with an arrow pointing at the 'Download purchased passes report' option within the 'Options' drop-down menu

  3. Tick the Exclude fully used passes checkbox to ensure the report only includes active passes with remaining uses, then select Download to download the report:

Download report of purchased passes screen with an arrow pointing at the 'Exclude fully used passes?' checkbox

  4. A loading screen will appear, where you can either wait for the report to generate or select Email report to have it sent to your email address so you can navigate away:

Report loading screen with an arrow pointing at the 'Email report' button

  5. If you choose to wait for the report to generate, a new screen will appear with the message "Report is ready to download." Select Download to save the report to your device:

Export customers (CSV)

You can export your customer list as a CSV file and open it in the spreadsheet software of your choosing (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). To do this:

  1. Select Customers from the left-hand menu on your account.

  2. Add any filters to the search, then select Search to generate the results.

  3. Select Options, then Export customers (CSV):

Customers tab with an arrow pointing at the 'Export customers (CSV)' option within the 'Options' drop-down menu

This export provides three columns:

  1. U = Passes bought (how many passes a customer has purchased)

  2. V = Pass uses remaining (how many uses they have remaining)

  3. W = Pass expires at (the pass expiry date)
