Please note: Passes are available on the Standard plan or above, and the pass reporting feature is currently available to Account owners.

Pass reporting is useful for tracking and managing the usage and status of your memberships or passes. It allows you to monitor how customers are engaging with your offers, providing valuable insights that can help you make informed decisions about your membership strategy, pricing, or member benefits.

There are two ways you can generate pass reports:

  1. Export a customer report (that contains information on how many passes a customer has purchased, when their pass expires, and how many uses they have remaining).

Download the purchased passes report

To download the purchased pass report:

  1. Select Packages & Discounts, then Passes from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the Options drop-down menu, then Download purchased passes report:

Passes screen with an arrow pointing at the 'Download purchased passes report' option within the 'Options' drop-down menu

  3. Tick the Exclude fully used passes checkbox to ensure the report only includes active passes with remaining uses, then select Download to download the report:

Download report of purchased passes screen with an arrow pointing at the 'Exclude fully used passes?' checkbox

Export customers (CSV)

You can export your customer list as a CSV file and open it in the spreadsheet software of your choosing (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). To do this:

  1. Select Customers from the left-hand menu on your account.

  2. Add any filters to the search, then select Search to generate the results.

  3. Select Options, then Export customers (CSV):

Customers tab with an arrow pointing at the 'Export customers (CSV)' option within the 'Options' drop-down menu

This export provides three columns:

  1. U = Passes bought (how many passes a customer has purchased)

  2. V = Pass uses remaining (how many uses they have remaining)

  3. W = Pass expires at (the pass expiry date)
