✨ Please note: Additional schedule pages are only available on the Standard plan and above.

When creating a new schedule page, you can duplicate an existing page as a template. This copies the public page settings, entries, courses, and passes from the original schedule.

To do this:

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand menu, Schedule pages, then Add a new schedule page in the top right-hand corner of the page:

Schedule pages screen with arrow pointing at the 'Add new schedule pages' button

  2. Add a scheduling name under Name the schedule

  3. Create your public page URL by adding a name next to the Public page URL field

  4. Select the Use existing schedule as a template checkbox:

Create a new schedule page screen with arrow pointing at the 'Use existing schedule as template' checkbox

  5. Once selected, choose the page you wish to duplicate from the drop-down menu:

Create a new schedule page screen with arrow pointing at the 'Use existing schedule as template' options

  6. When you are ready, select Create page.

  7. Refresh your screen to review the newly created page under the Scheduling tab on your account. The new page will appear at the bottom of your schedule page list:

πŸ’‘ To note:

  • The new schedule page won't carry any existing bookings from the original page. If you'd like to carry across bookings, please contact the support team via live chat or email at support@bookwhen.com.
