Your event organiser is responsible for managing their events and bookings. Contact them directly if you have a question about:
Your booking or attendance
Event dates, times or locations
Cancellations, transfers or refunds
What to expect when attending an event
The information provided by the event organiser
Bookwhen provides the booking platform, but each event organiser manages their own events and bookings. Our support team may not be able to answer questions about a specific event or booking on the organiser's behalf. This policy protects your data and ensures account security.
How to find your event organiser's contact details
You can usually find the organiser's contact details in your booking confirmation email.
Open the confirmation email and scroll to the event details section.
Organiser contact information is usually included alongside your booking summary.
You can also find them through your Booker customer portal:

Select the Events tab, the Options button next to the event, then Contact organiser:
The organiser details (if provided by them) will appear in a pop-up window. For example:
If you can't find the organiser's contact details, check their booking page:
Open their booking page and scroll down.
Scroll down to the footer of the page, where their contact details should be listed:
If organiser details are not available
If contact information is missing, try the following:
Check the original booking email for an alternative contact method
Return to the booking page used to make the purchase
Contact the organisation through their website if listed on the event page
Reach out to the organiser through their social channels, such as Instagram or Facebook, if available.
