What to do when you experience slowness when exporting reports

For accounts with large amounts of data, loading reports and exporting them via CSV can sometimes be a little slow.

Here are a couple of tips to help speed up the process:

  • Ensure you filter your searches using a specific date range to lessen the search.

  • Ensure you filter your searches only by the relevant entries or fields.

โœจ If you still experience slowness, get in touch with the support team via live chat or email to report the slowness and ask them to export it for you.

  • The error message stating 'Something went wrong' is a temporary message.
