The Dashboard is a useful tool for tracking the status of your bookings. It includes the "Latest booking activity" section, which helps you monitor recent booking activity.
This article covers:
Latest Booking Activity
The Latest booking activity section displays recent activity related to your events, including:
Completed bookings
A completed booking means the customer has gone through all the checkout steps and confirmed their booking.
For online payments, this includes completing the payment. However, if you offer an offline payment option, some bookings may appear as 'Owes', and you will need to manually record the payment.
Checkout bookings
Checkout bookings are where a customer starts a booking but doesn’t finish the booking process.
For example, when someone selects Book now on a public page, the booking moves into the checkout stage, but they don't complete all the necessary booking steps to confirm their booking.
Bookwhen reserves the place during the checkout reservation period, which you can adjust in your Booking options. The booking stays in the checkout status even if the customer doesn’t complete it.
Cancelled bookings
A booking only appears under the Cancelled tab if the whole booking has been cancelled. If just one ticket in the booking is cancelled, it may not show in this section.
For example, if a booking includes multiple tickets and only one is cancelled, the booking timestamp won’t update. This means the cancellation won’t appear in the Latest booking activity section.
Transferred bookings
The Transferred tab shows any bookings that have been transferred to a different date or event.
