✨ Learn how to manually complete a booking here.

Payment

We will always present you (the admin) the options to record Offline payment and Record a payment during checkout, even if you have set payments as Enforce online payment in the entry:

Regardless of these settings, a team member can record payment to reflect the payment method of the customer if they paid by another method.

You have the option to not record the payment yet (if they haven't paid) and add a note regarding this under Additional information:

Otherwise, you can select Yes under Record payment now? and select the relevant payment method:

Ticket restrictions

You can override the ticket restrictions set in the Tickets & Costs settings in the entry:

This means that you can still view the ticket restriction in red but can bypass these restrictions and continue with the booking:

Waiting list

When new spaces open up on a fully booked event with a Waiting List, the system holds those spaces from public booking until it contacts everyone on the list. However, you can bypass this restriction and book a ticket whenever space is available.

Entering email information

Main booking contact information

You can choose from a drop-down list of your existing customers when selecting the primary booking contact.

Once selected, use the Use selected button to confirm the booking contact. You also have the option to choose Someone new or Skip selection entirely:

Attendee information

An admin or team member can select attendees from a list or skip selection entirely:

Booking form fields

You can bypass mandatory booking form fields set in the Booking form section of your entry:

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and the customer must complete them to make a booking. However, you can proceed without entering further information.

Event password

You can book an event without entering the event password if you have set one up in the More Options section of your entry settings:

Once set, customers cannot book the event unless they enter the same password.

We will not present you (the admin) with the event password field below and you can progress straight to the next checkout stage.
