Where to find your event organiser's information
1. Start with your booking confirmation email
The booking confirmation email includes organiser contact details for most events.
Open the confirmation email and scroll to the event details section. Organiser contact information is usually included alongside your booking summary.
2. Check the booking page
Organiser information is also available on the event booking page.
Open their booking page and scroll down.
Scroll down to the footer of the page, where their contact details are listed.
3. If you have a Bookwhen account
If you use a Bookwhen account for the booking, you can find the organiser’s details in the booking record on the customer portal.
To do this:
Log in to your account, select Events from the top right-hand corner, then the Upcoming tab:
Find your event in the list and select the three-dot (...) menu next to the event, then View responses:

If organiser details are not available
If contact information is missing, try the following:
Check the original booking email for an alternative contact method
Return to the booking page used to make the purchase
Contact the organisation through their website if listed on the event page
Reach out to the organiser through their social channels, such as Instagram or Facebook, if available.
