When you’re ready to add additional sub-accounts to your Bookwhen Connected Accounts network, there are a couple of methods to do this, depending on the situation of the sub-account

Adding a new sub-account via the co-brand sign-up page (no existing Bookwhen account)

This is the quickest method to connect a sub-account to your HQ and our recommended way of linking accounts.

  1. Ask your intended sub-account to create their Bookwhen account via your unique co-brand page. See more on co-brand sign-up pages here.

  2. This will automatically link them to your HQ, and you should see them within your Accounts Dashboard shortly after they have signed up.


Adding a new sub-account has no existing Bookwhen account and did not sign up using the co-brand sign-up page

If you choose not to use a co-brand sign-up page, you can still add a new sub-account by following these steps:

  1. Create a new paid Bookwhen account that will be used for the new sub-account. See our plans here.

  2. Send the dashboard URL of the sub-account to support@bookwhen.com

  3. The Bookwhen team will manually create the connection, and you will be advised when this task has been completed.

  4. Once the HQ and sub-account links are confirmed, you can monitor them within your Accounts Dashboard.


Adding a sub-account when they already have a Bookwhen account

In some cases, the sub-account that you wish to add to your Connected Account may already have an existing Bookwhen subscription that can be linked to your HQ.

  1. Please send the dashboard URL of the sub-account to support@bookwhen.com

  2. The Bookwhen team will manually create the connection, and you will be advised when this task has been completed.

  3. Once the link between the HQ and sub-account has been confirmed, you will be able to monitor them within your Accounts Dashboard
