Enabling Onelink for sub-accounts

Learn how sub-accounts can offer Onelink payments through Stripe

Written by Gemma

✨ Please note: Online payments are available on the Lite plan or above.

For HQ accounts on the Franchise System network, you can enable Onelink payments for sub-accounts. This allows each sub-account to add Onelink as a payment option in their Stripe checkout.

This article explains how HQ accounts can set up Onelink payments for their sub-accounts on the franchise system network.

What is Onelink?

Stripe's Onelink feature provides a faster checkout experience by allowing customers to save their payment details for future purchases. During checkout, customers can create a Onelink profile to securely store their card details and addresses, enabling automatic form filling for future transactions.

💡 To note: Onelink is available in both the iframe and your standalone Bookwhen public page.

Onelink Processing Fees

If you opt to use Onelink, you can benefit from a reduced card processing fee.

  • For the UK, Onelink by Stripe processes card payments start at 1.5% + £0.20 per transaction.
