You can easily add special consent fields to your booking form to capture a customer's consent to your privacy policy, or to marketing correspondence, next time they make a booking. 

  1. Navigate to your 'Booking fields'
  2. Go to the 'Booking details' section
  3. You'll see there is already a field for agreeing to your privacy policy and marketing too. These are two suggestions we've added in, but you're welcome to create further consent fields by clicking on the 'Add a new field type' button on this page.
  4. If you want to add these to all of your entries just click 'Edit' and then select 'Add to all entries' before clicking 'Update field'.
  5. You can also add attachments to these fields, which is perfect for privacy policies.

By default, the privacy policy field will be set as mandatory when added to your booking forms, so it must be ticked to proceed with the booking, whereas the marketing consent field will not be mandatory.

If you go to the 'Bookings' tab, you can download attendances (by clicking 'Options'). You'll be able to see which customers have consented to what. In the near future this data will also be available to view on the Customer List.
