πŸ’‘ To note: You can upload the following file types: jpeg, jpg, png, gif, mp4, m4v, mov, txt, ics, doc, docx, pdf, ppsx, ppt, pptx, pub, rtf, xls, and xlsx. For security reasons, zip files are not accepted.

Managing file attachments

To review how many entries a file has been applied to:

  1. Select Settings, then Booking fields from the left-hand menu on your account.

  2. You can click into each field or select the three dots on each one, then View field:

Booking field screen with arrow pointing at the 'View field' option within the 3-dot menu

  3. The View field screen shows the entries the file(s) is currently being used on:

  4. The entries shown under Restrictions are where the files have been added to events through the Information tab of an entry, not where they appear in a booking field. For example:

Information tab of the entry setup with an arrow pointing at the 'Upload' button within the 'Event attachments' section.
