You can update the language and timezone settings for your Bookwhen account to ensure your events and bookings display accurately for you and your customers.

This article covers:

Changing the language

To change the language on your account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the language the page is currently being displayed in:

Account screen with language selector highlighted

Then select the language you require from the list:

On your admin account, you can choose between:

  • French

  • Spanish

  • German

  • Dutch and

  • Swedish.

✨ There are a few more available languages on the public page. Learn more about supported languages on Bookwhen.

💡 Please note:

  • Customers can adjust their language through the public page by scrolling to the bottom and selecting the language selector.

  • When they change the language, any copy created by Bookwhen will update to their chosen language. However, custom copy added by you, such as entry names, won’t be translated.

Changing your timezone

To update your account's timezone, please log in to your account and then contact our support team via live chat. Let us know the exact timezone you'd like your account to be updated to, and we’ll usually make the change within 1-2 business days.

💡 You won't be able to change the timezone yourself once the account has been created.

The timezone on your account applies to all events and bookings. Customers' event times will be displayed in this timezone unless they adjust it themselves.
