Sometimes logging in or accessing an event can be tricky if there’s a password issue. Understanding the common causes and steps to fix them helps you get back to booking quickly.

This article explains how to troubleshoot and resolve password issues to regain access to your account and password-protected events.

Password not recognised during booking

If your password isn’t accepted on the event organiser’s website:

  1. Enable browser cookies
Make sure your browser allows cookies. Check your browser’s privacy or security settings if needed.

  2. Reset your password
Select Log in, then Forgotten your password?, and follow the reset steps. Use your new password to complete the booking.

Event password not being recognised

Q: Why am I being asked for an event password when trying to book a class?

A: Event password prompts are set at the organiser's discretion for specific events. They are not linked to your account and are separate from login processes. If you encounter this prompt, you’ll need to obtain the password from the organiser.

Once you have the password and it's still not letting you book:

  1. Check for extra spaces
Ensure the password in the event settings does not have any spaces before or after the password.

  2. Match case sensitivity
Confirm that the password has the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.
