If you prefer not to show customers how many tickets have been sold or are still available, you can choose to hide ticket availability. The number of remaining tickets will only appear when the event is nearly full.

Open your public page from your scheduling page:
Select Customise page from the top right-hand corner of your page:
The Show availability tickbox is ticked by default. Untick it, then select Save settings to save your changes:
💡 When the event is almost full, the availability will automatically show to encourage your customers to book the remaining tickets.

💡 To note: Hiding availability applies to both the event’s maximum capacity and individual ticket restrictions.
