If you prefer not to display how many tickets have been sold or remain, you can hide ticket availability. The number of remaining tickets will only be shown when the event is almost full. This article explains how to adjust these settings for your tickets.

Hiding your availability

To hide your availability:

  1. Open your public page from your scheduling page:

Scheduling page with arrow pointing at the 'View public page' button

  2. Select Customise page from the top right-hand corner of your page:

Customise page screen with arrow pointing at the 'Customise page' button

  3. The Show availability tickbox is ticked by default. Untick it, then select Save settings to save your changes:

Customise page settings with arrow pointing at the 'Show availability' checkbox

💡 When the event is almost full, the availability will automatically show to encourage your customers to book the remaining tickets.

Examples of how the availability displays to customers

Before hiding availability

Customers can view the number of tickets available under the event details:

After hiding availability

The ticket count is no longer displayed:

When an event is nearly full

Availability automatically appears to encourage last-minute bookings:

💡 To note: Hiding availability applies to both the event’s maximum capacity and individual ticket restrictions.
