If you prefer not to display the number of tickets sold or remaining, you can hide ticket availability. The number of remaining tickets will only be shown when the event is almost full. This article explains how to adjust these settings for your tickets.
Hiding your availability
To hide your availability:
Open your public page from your scheduling page:
Select Customise page from the top right-hand corner of your page:
The Show availability tickbox is ticked by default. Untick it, then select Save settings to save your changes:
💡 When the event is almost full, the availability will automatically show to encourage your customers to book the remaining tickets.
Examples of how the availability displays to customers
Before hiding availability
Customers can view the number of tickets available under the event details:
After hiding availability

When an event is nearly full
Availability automatically appears to encourage last-minute bookings:
💡 To note: Hiding availability applies to both the event’s maximum capacity and individual ticket restrictions.
Showing availability to encourage bookings
Use the number of tickets remaining to create a sense of urgency and encourage bookings. Limited spots give attendees a clear, motivating prompt to secure their place. It also:
Applies only to events that are not fully booked
Keeps messaging transparent and actionable
Helps attendees act quickly without confusion
Considerations
Adjusting availability visibility updates all events on your public page. Make sure to set preferences that suit your audience and event types to guide customers and make the booking experience seamless.
