Please note: Online payments are available on the Lite plan or above. Worldpay is no longer available to new sign-ups.

Bookwhen supports all major currencies, but your payment provider must also support your chosen currency and operate in your country.

This article explains how to check which countries and currencies are supported by payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

Accepting multiple currencies

Bookwhen allows you to accept payments in multiple currencies through Stripe or PayPal, depending on your payment provider settings. However, prices displayed on your public booking page can only be shown in your account’s primary currency.

If you want to display a second currency, you can include the equivalent amount in the ticket or event description or offer offline payment for that currency instead.

In the meantime, we have submitted a request for full multi-currency support to our development team.
