Online payments

You can advertise prices and accept online payments on your trial or any paid plans (Lite and above).

To accept online payments, you'll need to sign up with one of our approved payment providers: Stripe or PayPal.

Your chosen provider takes a small transaction fee for its online payment infrastructure. The payments from your customers go directly into your payment provider account, which you can withdraw as per your chosen provider's terms.

πŸ’‘ Please note: We (Bookwhen) do not charge you any additional costs beyond your chosen plan's subscription cost. We also do not receive any revenue or incentives from your payments or the available payment providers.

⚠️ Please note: Worldpay is no longer available for new sign-ups. If you're a new customer, please use PayPal or Stripe instead.

Offline payments

You can offer your customers the choice to pay manually offline, such as cash, direct debit, cheque, etc.

The offline payment options are customisable and customers can review their options during checkout/in their booking confirmation emails.

Once you receive payment, you can mark the booking as 'paid'.

πŸ’‘ To note: As offline payments are taken and managed outside of Bookwhen, you must manually record the payment on your account or chase your customer for any outstanding payments.
