โœจ Please note: Online payments are available on the Lite plan or above.

If you have integrated Stripe with your account, your customers can opt to pay using Apple and Google Pay.

Once set up, you won't need to set anything else up on your Bookwhen account, and you will need to manage this feature through Stripe.

  • Your Bookwhen account reflects your settings from within Stripe, meaning if you have any of these two methods turned on, your customers can choose between them.

If you'd like to disable the additional payment methods, you can toggle off the Use Apple Pay or Use Google Pay options in your checkout settings in Stripe:

โœจ Please contact Stripe if you require further assistance with your Stripe account.

๐Ÿ’ก To note:

  • Customers who have previously saved their card details may have to re-enter their information. They can securely store their payment information in a 'Wallet' for a faster and more secure checkout process.

To switch this option on for your customers:

  1. Log into your Stripe account and head to your payment methods

  2. Under the Wallet selection, select the Turn on the button for both Google Pay and Apple Pay

โš ๏ธ Customers can only access Apple Pay using Safari and Google Pay using Chrome. Currently, Apple Pay and Google Pay will not load in an iframe.

Details on how your customers can set these up are in the help guides below:
