Customers do not need a Stripe account to make a payment. They can use a debit or credit card, and for future transactions, they may choose to pay using their mobile phone number.

This article explains how customers can pay via Stripe and what information is required for the transaction.

The payment collection screen asks for:

  • The Card number

  • Expiration date

  • CVC number

  • Country

  • Postal code (depending on the country you select).

๐Ÿ’ก Customers can save their card details for future bookings. However, due to a recent Stripe update for enhanced security and more payment options, the previous card-saving method is no longer recommended or compatible with the new payment form.

The new Stripe payment form shows all available payment methods for easy transactions. It automatically adds future payment options, so Bookwhen wonโ€™t need to update it continuously.
