Bookwhen does not require you to create an account name, select a sector, or set your timezone to complete a booking.

You won’t need login details to select your tickets before reaching the Booking details section.

If you're prompted to sign up, you may have accidentally navigated to the Bookwhen sign-up page for Event Organisers. In that case, return to the event page or please contact your EventOrganiser if you need help.

If this is your first booking or you haven’t created an account before, Bookwhen may ask you to set a password after you complete your booking, but this is optional.

You won't ever need login details after selecting your tickets before the Booking details section.

If a screen such as the one in the screenshot below shows, then you have created a Bookwhen software account:

Most importantly, don't panic! Bookwhen will never charge you without you choosing to upgrade to a paid plan first.

If this happens, please open the Account Details section page under Account in the left-hand dashboard menu, then select Delete your account.

Account details section of a Bookwhen account with an arrow pointing at the 'Delete your account' button, showing users where to click to delete their account.

💡 This won't delete any of your bookings, only the 'event organiser' account that you created.

If you need any assistance during this process, please reach out to the Bookwhen (the software provider) support team on live chat.
