You can add an icon to your mobile device's home screen, which you can tap to view and book events quickly and easily.

Google Chrome

If you notice #focus and additional characters at the end of the URL, for example:

https://bookwhen.com/eventorganisersbusineesname#focus=ev-syle-20220201000000

Be sure to delete everything from # on (inclusive) and reload the page.

  • Select the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen to open the menu:

  • Select Add to Home screen:

  • The name here will appear underneath the icon on your home screen. You can enter something that describes the event to you (e.g. Yoga, Class, Monday evenings etc.), your Event Organiser's business name, or leave it as 'Bookwhen' and select Add:

  • Your icon will appear on your device's home screen with the name you entered and the Bookwhen logo. You can select this icon to access your admin dashboard quickly:

If you notice #focus and additional characters at the end of the URL, for example:

  • Select the Share icon - on most phones, this will be at the bottom of the screen. On tablets, you can usually find it next to the website URL field:

  • Find and Select Add to Home Screen in the list of actions:

  • The name here will appear underneath the icon on your home screen. You can enter a new name or leave it as 'Bookwhen' and then select Add:

  • Your icon will appear on your device's home screen with the name you entered and the Bookwhen logo. You can select this icon to access your admin dashboard quickly:
