You can add an icon to your mobile device's home screen for quick access, allowing you to book events easily with just a tap.

Google Chrome
To add a booking shortcut using Google Chrome:
Open a browser session on your mobile device and open your event organiser's booking page. E.g. https://bookwhen.com/eventorganisersbusinessname.
If you notice extra characters like "#focus" at the end of the URL, for example, "https://bookwhen.com/eventorganisersbusinessname#focus=ev-syle-20220201000000", delete everything from the "#" onward and reload the page.
Select the three-dot (...) menu in the top right corner to open the menu, then Add to Home screen:
The name you add under Add to Home screen will appear underneath the icon on your home screen.
You can enter something that describes the event to you (e.g. Yoga, Class, Monday evenings etc.), your event organiser's business name, or leave it as 'Bookwhen' and select Add:
Your icon will appear on your device's home screen with the name you entered and the Bookwhen logo:
Safari

Open a browser session on your mobile device and open your event organiser's booking page. E.g. https://bookwhen.com/eventorganisersbusinessname.

Tap the Share icon. On most phones, this will be at the bottom of the screen, and on tablets, it’s usually next to the URL field:
Find and select Add to Home Screen in the list of actions:
