The purchased pass report helps you identify customers whose passes are no longer valid. You can use this information to send follow-up emails encouraging rebooking or new purchases.

This article explains how to send follow-up emails to customers with expired or fully used passes using the report.
Downloading the purchased pass report
To download the report:
Select Packages & Discounts, then Passes from the left-hand menu on your account.
Select Download purchased passes report:
Untick the Exclude fully used passes? checkbox to ensure the report includes all of your purchased pass information, then select Download:
This exports the report as a .csv file that you can open in your chosen spreadsheet software (such as Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets etc.).
Within the report, there are various columns such as:
Pass name
Booking URL
Name
Email
Used amount (the number of redemptions made)
Total amount (the amount of uses the pass allows)
Expiry date.
Then, extract the email addresses from the spreadsheet and email them through your email host (such as Outlook or Gmail).
