If your event organiser sells passes, you can use the Passes section in the customer portal to view your active and inactive passes and track your usage.
This article explains how to manage and monitor your purchased passes.
Where to find the pass section
To find the pass section within the customer portal:
Log in to your account.
Select Passes from the top right-hand corner.
You can toggle between your Active and Inactive passes:
Active
The active tab shows all of your active passes.
When you select the Details hyperlink next to a pass:
You can check the pass information, including:
The purchased date
How many uses the pass includes
How many uses you have remaining and
What page/events the pass can be redeemed against:
Inactive
The Inactive tab displays all of your expired and fully-used passes.
When you select the View details hyperlink next to a pass:
You can check the pass information, including:
The purchased date
How many uses the pass includes
How many uses you had remaining
What events you used the pass on
What page/events the pass could be redeemed on
